The LA Art Show successfully concluded its 31st edition, held at the Los Angeles Convention Center’s West Hall from January 7-11, 2026. As Los Angeles’s largest and longest-running art fair, the event reinforced the city’s position as a leading global art hub, uniting more than 90 prominent galleries, museums, and non-profit arts organizations from across the world.
The fair showcased an impressive diversity of modern and contemporary works, encompassing painting, sculpture, works on paper, installation, photography, video, design, and immersive performances. Visitors explored exceptional pieces available for acquisition, capturing the vibrant, multicultural spirit that defines Los Angeles.
A standout moment of the edition was the Opening Night Premiere on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (6-10pm), an exclusive gala event held as an invitation-only VIP experience (with select tickets offered). Hosted by actress and entrepreneur Sasha Pieterse, the glamorous evening combined fine art viewing with live entertainment and exquisite culinary offerings from some of Los Angeles’s premier restaurants, delivering a memorable blend of culture and celebration. The event drew record attendance and notable celebrity support, highlighting art’s global resonance.
The LA Art Show continued and strengthened its valued partnership with the American Heart Association, originally established in 2024. For 2026, the fair supported the life-saving initiatives of the American Heart Association’s Life is Why™ Campaign. A portion of proceeds from ticket sales—specifically 15% of each ticket purchased between September 30, 2025, and January 11, 2026 (with a maximum donation commitment of $45,000)—benefited this essential cause, seamlessly merging philanthropy with the enduring power of art to advance heart and brain health.
True to its tradition, the LA Art Show functioned as a profound cultural bridge—a grand terminal where artistic traditions from dozens of nations converged on a single expansive gallery floor. It enabled local audiences and visitors to journey across the world through diverse artistic perspectives, sparking meaningful dialogue, innovation, and connection in the heart of one of the planet’s most dynamic creative capitals.
