The inaugural
Hollywood International Screen Awards (HISA)
On September 12, 2026, the Hollywood International Screen Awards (HISA) gathered visionary storytellers and industry heavyweights at The Keep, a sleek private-members speakeasy perched along the Sunset Strip.
As a proud sponsor, ACCA JOURNAL was on the ground to support an installation dedicated to elevating fearless artistry, distinct perspectives, and meaningful cultural reach across borders.
Co-hosted by HISA Event Producer Sage Stevens and newly appointed HISA Ambassador David Jay Lasky—who claimed the Champion for Change: Women in Hollywood Award—the evening showcased screen narratives shaping tomorrow's entertainment landscape.
Standout honors went to director Billy A. Reyes (The Spotlight Award); The Renaissance Artist Award was presented to two-time EMMY nominee Paris Dylan, honoring the creative determination it takes to pursue a career in Hollywood and forge a lasting path; Luke Madsen, received the Future of Hollywood Award; EMMY nominated executive and editor Moses Lassiter was the recipient of the Ambitious Innovator Award. Industry veteran Arthur Allan Seidelman whose honors include 2 EMMY awards and 5 EMMY nominations was presented with the Impact in Action Award. Vertical pioneers Maximilian Seed and Rion Ezra of Seraphim Studios were the honorees of The Digital Frontier Award; and screenwriter Jennie Marie Pacelli earned The Writer’s Vision Award for her screenplay No Angels in Hollywood.
Reflecting on the partnership, ACCA JOURNAL Directors Carlos Benitez and Maya Ito stated: “Supporting platforms that elevate true visionaries aligns seamlessly with our mission to document and champion extraordinary creative voices driving global culture.”
