The Culinary Careers Program (C•CAP) Los Angeles hosted its annual gala, honoring the one and only Chef Celestino Drago!

The night was truly unforgettable, with Chef Drago taking the time to greet every single guest, making the evening feel incredibly friendly and welcoming. He was available to mingle with everyone in the room, sharing stories and laughter with the crowd.

A huge congratulations to all the bidder winners! Mikimoto's table had an amazing group showing their support for the brand, and it was fantastic to see the energy in the room. The evening kicked off with rooftop cocktails and delicious Sicilian canapés, followed by a stunning four-course Sicilian dinner curated by Chef Drago himself in the Grand Ballroom of the iconic Jonathan Club. It was an incredible night celebrating Chef Drago's contributions to the culinary world and supporting the next generation of food and hospitality leaders.
