The Isle of Nevis, dubbed by Forbes the “coolest Caribbean Island you’ve never heard of” is a verdant and virgin gem nestled in the Lesser Antilles. A captivating blend of unspoiled beauty and luxurious exclusivity, Nevis is located due south of the British Virgin Islands and a stone's throw from Miami.
This tiny island packs a big punch. With a compact 36-mile circumference, Nevis holds the distinction of being the smallest sovereign nation in the Western Hemisphere. Despite its modest size, the island boasts a rich cultural tapestry, pristine landscapes, and elite charm that's hard to match.
What sets Nevis apart is its deliberate avoidance of mass tourism. Sans mega cruise ships, a yacht harbor in construction and one private airstrip, the island's ambiance remains refreshingly untouched by hyper-tourism or bargain-hunting hoi polloi.
Carlos Benitez, Creative Director of ACCA JOURNAL Beverly Hills, describes Nevis as embodying "barefoot luxury" as one of the planet's last unspoiled destinations. ACCA JOURNAL Beverly Hills is teaming up with Vector Voyage to curate twice-annual excursions that promise a lifetime of memories. Twice annual excursions are to be led by published authors, renowned artists, environmentalists, and health & wellness experts. Each unstructured occasion is designed to embrace eco-sensitive exploration, deep relaxation, and holistic sensuality of mind and body.
Blogger ‘Simone’ describes Nevis as ‘a top-tier hotspot for the VVIPs of all strata, with a culture disinclined to “celebrity worship, but rather Nevisians are kind to ALL visitors”.
In addition to Princess Diana seeking solace after her separation from the current King of the United Kingdom is Charles III and Rock n’ Roll royalty Mick Jagger; Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, John Travolta, fashion maven Anna Wintour, humanitarian and Academy Award winner Angelina Jolie have all visited Nevis, incognito. Prime Minister Justin Treaudeau and his family were drawn by its sublime luxury without breathing a word to the voracious paparazzi.
Imagine gliding across waves or coast-hugging paddleboard adventures with The Vineman Triathlo champion, Andrea Guardino, orchestrating a front row kayak seat for encounters of migrating humpback whales and playful dolphins. Or up close and personal with Yoga master Kacie J. Lives and international acclaimed muralist Vas Betts leading the way? Travelers and sojourners are reserving now their place for 2026 by reaching out to: acca.finearts@gmail.com or wecare@vipictures.com.
Luxurious accommodations await at the Four Seasons, Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa – Residence Club or the storied Montpelier Estate among them. These curated stays are surrounded by secluded beaches, breathtaking trails, and enveloping serenity.
Dining on Nevis is spectacular, with venues like EsQuilina at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Blending Caribbean and Mediterranean flavors. Getting to Nevis is straightforward with direct commercial flights landing on bustling St Kitts, Nevis's sister isle, from Miami, New York, Toronto, Atlanta, Charlotte, and London.
A charming ride courtesy of the "Sexy Taxi" with a fleet of Nevisians who know the ‘*Inside Track’ whisks visitors into Nevis's heart. Vector Voyage champions "slow travel," encouraging explorers to shed tightly wound schedules and immerse themselves fully in the moment. Nevis's allure includes breathtaking vistas atop Mount Liamuiga, flanked by Saddle Hill and the historic Bath Hot Springs, whose volcanic-origin thermal waters promise rejuvenation. Legendary figures like 18th-century poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge once indulged in these crystalline pools.
The island has welcomed an impressive roster of incognito visitors, drawn by its sublime luxury sans paparazzi frenzy.
Adventure beckons with Nevis Peak's scalable 3,232 feet ascent through vibrant rainforest abundant with edible delights like papayas, breadfruit, and star fruit.
Wildlife encounters include technicolor birds, butterflies, and charismatic African Green monkeys. Nevis boasts 44 mango varieties, rich in Vitamins C and E, revered for boosting libido and vitality.
Nevis shines with "green credibility," hosting the 2025 Global Sustainable Islands Summit and winning international awards for geothermal energy and conservation efforts led by the Nevis Heritage and Conservation Society.
The island proudly claims Alexander Hamilton, American Founding Father and Federalist Papers co-author, now spotlighted via Lin-Manuel Miranda's Broadway hit. Nevis also stands tall for abolishing slavery in 1834, predating the US 13th Amendment by decades.
For those eyeing permanence, Nevis's Citizenship by Investment program tops the 2025 CBI Index for five consecutive years. What distinguishes Nevis? An absence of mass tourism trappings – no cruise crowds, towering developments, or fast-food chains – offering instead an untouched experience where visitors power down and reconnect with nature's sublime serenity.
Nevis is a haven for eco-conscious travelers, with initiatives focusing on sustainable practices, environmental education, and wildlife preservation. The island's commitment to preserving its natural beauty and cultural heritage is evident in its eco-friendly tours and excursions.
