Born in Shanghai as the youngest of three, Annie Chen excelled early, graduating top of her class in mechanical engineering from the University of Shanghai. A fellowship at General Electric launched her career, leading her to found one of the city’s largest marketing firms.
In 1995, she made a bold leap to the United States. Starting over with no network, Annie quickly rose through the ranks, earning the John Hancock Manager of the Year Award within five years. She later built her own agency, recognized by AIG and Blue Shield for excellence and leadership.
Annie’s influence extends beyond business. As President of the Diamond Bar Chinese American Association (2015–2018), she championed cultural education for first‑generation youth. Later, as President of the Jinguo Committee (2020–2022), she empowered women leaders and coordinated pandemic relief efforts across Southern California.
In 2023, Annie embraced fashion modeling as a new form of expression. Her discipline and confidence quickly earned her recognition with Appearances at Paris, Silicon Valley, and Las Vegas Fashion Weeks.
